Signing In to Payment Center

For your protection, you must sign in to use Payment Center. Signing in provides an added level of security for your service. You must also sign in again if you are not active in Payment Center for a set period of time (usually 10 minutes). Automatic sign out helps protect your personal and payment information if you are called away from your computer.

If you are unsuccessful after five successive sign-in attempts, a message appears telling you that you are locked out of the system and cannot sign in again. If this happens, contact customer service.

Steps To sign in:

  1. On the Welcome to Payment Center page, type your user name in User Name.
  2. In Password, type your password.
  3. Click Sign In.

What Should I Do If I Forget My Password?

If you forget your password, you can reset your password to something new. For security reasons, we cannot tell you over the phone what your current password is. If you forget your password and enter it incorrectly five times, your password is revoked.

If you have forgotten your password, or if it is revoked, follow these instructions to reset your password.

    The Reset Password page opens.

  3. In First Name and Last Name, type the first and last name you used to enroll in Payment Center.

  5. Answer the questions and complete the boxes on the page.
  6. Click Continue.
    The Reset Password page opens.
  7. In New Password, type the new password you want to use. The password must be between four and eight characters (letters or numbers, no spaces). We recommend a combination of letters and numbers for security reasons.
  8. In Confirm Password, retype your new password.
  9. Click Reset.
The new password you typed is effective immediately. Use it the next time you sign in to Payment Center.
